SHIPPING

We use USPS Priority or Ground Shipping. Shipping starts at 8.95 flat rate fee, orders totaling $125 or more are shipped for FREE. Items are shipped 1-2 days after the order is received with the exception of major holidays. Orders can take 3-5 business days to be delivered due to the delay of the United States Postal Service. Please note our shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to weather or holidays.

Raw Orchid LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered shipments due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping details. If your tracking information states that your package is delivered to your address and you have not received it, it is your responsibility to contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. Raw Orchid LLC is no longer shipping FREE “customer appreciation items” or FREE items won through drawings or at local pop-ups

Raw Orchid LLC does not ship internationally.

RETURNS

It is imperative to measure yourself correctly as Intimates such as Bras, Panties, Fajas and Shapewear may only be returned for store credit. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, delivery or pick-up.  If shipped the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Sale, Clearance and Special Orders are considered Final Sales and are not returnable. Merchandise that has been worn, exhibits stains/odors or is determined to be unsellable such as panties, stockings, bras and most shapewear will not be eligible for a return.

Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

All returns must meet the criteria on our Return Policy. The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs. We will not be held responsible for loss, theft or damage by courier for returned items. When shipping, we recommend USPS Priority Mail with insurance.

Please allow 2-3 business days from the receipt of your items for our Return Department to process. If all criteria is met, as outlined in our Return Policy, a gift card will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of purchase or delivery tracking number receipt. Please include a picture of the damage or defect in an email to raworchidboutique@gmail.com

Please note we will require a photo of the garment before a return is authorized.
